Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment (e.g. due to personal matters, illness, traffic disruptions, etc.), we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule it electronically at least 24 hours in advance.

This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

In case of late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee.
